Rajasthani Olympiad 2025 - Closing Ceremony

The closing ceremony of the 3rd Rajasthan Olympiad 2025, organized by the Rajasthani Association Tamil Nadu, was held on Sunday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Periyamet, under the aegis of President Narendra Shrishrimal. The ceremony began with a welcome address by President-elect Ajit Chordia. General Secretary Dinesh Kothari outlined the activities of the Rajasthan Olympiad, and Olympiad Chairman Ashok Mundhra presented the details of the event. Chief guest Shivdas Meena, former Chief Secretary of the State, hoisted the national and Olympiad flags and lit the torch in the presence of Maruti Builders Limited Chairman Pyarelal Pitaliya and Vijayshubham Benefit Fund Limited Chairman Gyanchand Anchaliya. Approximately 550 students performed a grand march past accompanied by band music. Over 1,400 participants from approximately 40 Rajasthani schools and institutions, ranging in age from 4 to 70, participated in various athletic events, including running races, relay races, long jumps, high jumps, and javelin throws. Winners were awarded trophies, medals, and certificates.
Awards and Gratitude :
All guests were honored with garlands, shawls, and mementos. Convener Ajay Nahar conducted the proceedings, and co-secretary Dilip Chandan expressed his gratitude. Co-convener Madan Rathi, treasurer Suresh Sancheti, media in-charge Gyanchand Kothari, and numerous workers and volunteers contributed to the Olympiad. Mahavirchand Ramesh Darda, Gangaur Mahila Mandal, and Maheshwari Sports Club provided special support for the trophies.
