Grand Success of Olympia Box Cricket Tournament at Rajasthani Olympiad – Victors Honoured with Majestic Trophies
Under the banner of Maruti Builders Presents & Powered by MI Lifestyle – Rajasthani Olympiad 2025, the much-awaited Olympia Box Cricket Tournament was splendidly organised on 13th July 2025 at UFC Marina Grounds, Chennai by the Rajasthani Association Tamil Nadu (RAJAT).
Olympiad Chairman Shri Ashok Mundhra warmly welcomed all the players and dignitaries present. The tournament was formally inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Ajit Chordia, Chairman of Olympia Group, who also extended his best wishes to the participating teams.
Convenor Shri Ajay Nahar informed that more than 300 players participated in the tournament, showcasing exceptional skill, sportsmanship, and team spirit.
In the Men’s Division, Jain Mitra Mandal – Perambur clinched the championship title, while Shri Maheshwari Sports Club emerged as the runners-up. In the Women’s Division, Boundary Breakers claimed the first prize, and Shri Maheshwari Sports Club– Women’s Team secured the runner-up position.
All winning teams were honoured with majestic trophies sponsored by Shri Mahaveerchand Ramesh Darda.
The event was seamlessly coordinated and energetically hosted by Co-ordinator Shri Abhishek Suda, who ensured the smooth conduct of matches by clearly explaining the tournament rules and maintaining discipline throughout.
The grand success of this event was made possible under the leadership of RAJAT President Shri Narendra Srisrimal and General Secretary Shri Dinesh Kothari, with dedicated efforts from Co-Chairmen Shri Anurag Maheshwari, Shri Narendra Bagdi, Kishan Jhaver, Inderchand Chhajed, Mahendra Kunkulol, Gautamchand Nahar, Lalit Ranka, Nirmal Nahta, Ganpat Kothari, Ajit Nagori, Rajendra Betala, Dilip Bohra, Pramod Mohta, Kinish Rathi, Manish Sarda, and Amit Jhawar, among many other committed volunteers.
Media In-Charge Shri Gyanchand Kothari actively shared updates and highlights of the tournament with the media.
This tournament not only served as a vibrant platform for showcasing sporting talent but also stood as a shining example of RAJAT’s exemplary event management and collective community spirit.
